We are seeking an HR generalist to help develop and administrate human capital resources. Applicants should have strong communication skills, time management, organization, etc. Responsibilities will include administration of hiring processes, development of recruitment campaigns, documentation and compliance, orientation and safety integration, development of career pathway, management of employee benefit enrollment, evaluations as well as general administrative support to operations. This position will fall under the direction of a corporate HR director. Good people skill are essential and a desire to develop and add value to people and the organization are key to success in this role.

2 Years of HR experience required
Experience in industrial services is a plus
4 Year degree with communication or business related preferred
2 Year Associates minimum requirement
Bilingual – English / Spanish is a plus
Good Driving Record – Position will day travel to sites for employee evaluations and team management meetings.
High proficiency in Microsoft a must – computer skills and web resourcing a must.
Pass DOT Physical – Drug Screen – Industrial Safety Courses

 

 

We are seeking individuals passionate and committed to practical safety while achieving efficient production. These positions require constant “in-field” reinforcement training to create a positive safety culture. Applicants should have experience in industrial service preferably in cleaning, Rail, Barge & Vessel, AST, In-plant services, etc.

5 years industry experience
4 year Bachelors preferred (2 year Health & Safety Minimum)
CSP certification preferred
Trainer Certifications a plus – 501 & 511 – CPR & First Aid.
Clean Driving Record
Pass DOT Physical

 

 

Primary job function is working on various types of railcars, barges and above ground storage tanks. Tasks also include cleaning, product removal, parts repairs and/or parts replacement following customer, company, FRA, and AAR guidelines.
We are a National mobile service company. You must be willing to travel locally and at times nationally and may spend nights in a hotel.
Experience not required. Ideal candidate will have experience in the Industrial cleaning industry or related fields Rail – Barge and above ground storage tanks.

Minimum 5 day work week subject to required overtime, on-call, and alternate shifts that may include weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
18 years of age or older and Reliable Transportation.

Valid Driver’s License
Must pass Required Safety Training and other Basic Courses
Able to tolerate heights and tight enclosed spaces.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
Able to use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning and pulling
Able to work outdoors in extreme all-weather conditions (hot, cold, rain, snow, and sleet).
Able to work in conditions that include loud noise and fumes, work on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time.
